1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "hp444" / "Platform" / "We" / "Us" / "Our" refers to the hp444 online gaming platform and the entity operating it under PAGCOR authorization.
• "Player" / "You" / "Your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the hp444 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on hp444 through the registration process.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a player's hp444 wallet, including real-money deposits and any awarded bonus funds, subject to applicable restrictions.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, or other promotional value awarded to a player account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a player must wager using bonus funds before those funds become eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the applicable promotion terms.

2. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and hp444. If you are accessing hp444 on behalf of a third party, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to bind that party to these terms.

3. Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on hp444, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, restricted, or unlicensed under applicable local law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or agent of hp444 or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment processors, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or cooling-off period whether imposed by hp444 or any other gaming operator or regulatory authority.
• You must not have had a previous hp444 account permanently suspended for violations of these Terms & Conditions.

hp444 reserves the right to request documentation confirming your eligibility at any time. Accounts found to be ineligible will be suspended immediately, and any balance may be forfeited in accordance with Section 11 of these Terms.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may register and maintain only one active account on hp444. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. hp444 employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all related accounts will be permanently suspended and any balances held in those accounts may be forfeited.

4.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine residential address, and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must update it promptly if any details change. hp444 is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your hp444 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party, permit any third party to access or use your account, or access or attempt to access any other player's account. You must notify hp444 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. hp444 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized account access where you have failed to maintain reasonable security over your credentials.

4.4 Account Currency

All hp444 accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP/₱). All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed in PHP. hp444 does not currently offer multi-currency accounts.

5. KYC Identity Verification

hp444 is required by PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering legislation to verify the identity of all account holders prior to processing withdrawals. The KYC process requires you to submit the following documentation:

• A valid Philippine government-issued photo identification document (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID, PRC ID, or voter's ID).

6. Deposits

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

hp444 currently accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO (Banco de Oro), Metrobank, 7-Eleven (via payment reference), USDT (cryptocurrency), and Coins.ph. The available payment methods displayed at the hp444 cashier at the time of your transaction are authoritative. hp444 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

6.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on hp444 is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the cashier. hp444 reserves the right to set individual account deposit limits at its discretion as part of responsible gaming controls or compliance requirements.

6.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits via GCash and Maya are credited to your hp444 wallet within seconds of the e-wallet transfer confirming. Bank transfer deposits (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take up to one banking business day to reflect. If a deposit does not appear in your account within the expected timeframe, contact hp444 support with your transaction reference number.

6.4 Deposit Restrictions

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to another individual — are strictly prohibited. Any deposits identified as originating from third-party accounts will be returned and the depositing account may be suspended pending investigation.

7. Withdrawals

7.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals from your hp444 account are subject to the following conditions being satisfied: (a) your KYC verification is complete and approved; (b) the withdrawal amount does not exceed your available real-money balance after deducting any unreleased bonus funds; (c) your account is in good standing with no active investigation or suspension; and (d) you have met any applicable wagering requirements associated with bonus funds currently in your account.

7.2 Withdrawal Methods and Processing

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit on your account, subject to the method supporting withdrawals. 8. Bonuses and Promotions

8.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers made available on hp444 are subject to these general Terms & Conditions and any specific terms attached to the individual promotion. Where the specific promotion terms conflict with these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms prevail.

8.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified in the applicable promotion terms, all bonus funds awarded on hp444 are subject to a wagering requirement. Wagering requirements specify the total amount you must wager before bonus-derived funds are eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, and time limit for each promotion are detailed in the promotion's specific terms. Games may contribute different percentages toward wagering requirement completion — slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games may contribute a lower percentage as specified.

8.3 Bonus Misuse

The following activities constitute bonus misuse and are strictly prohibited: creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once; using automated betting strategies designed to complete wagering requirements with minimal risk (bonus arbitrage or bonus abuse); wagering bonus funds on restricted games or bet types as specified in promotion terms; and colluding with other players to satisfy wagering requirements. hp444 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and suspend accounts where bonus misuse is detected.

8.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonus funds and associated wagering requirements expire after the period specified in the relevant promotion terms. Expired bonus funds and any winnings derived from expired bonus funds will be removed from your account balance without notice.

9. Gameplay Rules

All games available on hp444 are operated by certified third-party game providers whose random number generators and game mechanics are independently tested and certified by recognized testing laboratories. The rules of each game are as published by the respective game provider and are displayed within the game interface.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, hp444 will apply the following principles: (a) game rounds that are incomplete due to a technical error will be resolved in accordance with the affected game provider's malfunction policy, which may include voiding the affected round and returning the applicable stake; (b) bets placed during a proven system malfunction may be voided at hp444's discretion; and (c) hp444 is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the player's side.

Results displayed in hp444's system logs are authoritative. In the event of a discrepancy between the game display on your device and the hp444 server record, the server record prevails.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on hp444 and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of account balances:

• Registering more than one account on the platform.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Using any software, robot, script, or automated system to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players in live casino or card game environments.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

hp444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from the account holder's payment provider.
• A request from a regulatory authority or law enforcement body.
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve consecutive months.

Where an account is suspended for investigation, hp444 will communicate with you via your registered email address. Where an account is terminated for a proven Terms & Conditions violation, hp444 may withhold and forfeit the account balance. Where an account is closed at your own request and no violation has occurred, your remaining real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method within ten business days.

12. Responsible Gaming

hp444 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Filipino players. The platform incorporates the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PHP deposit limits that take immediate effect. Limit reductions are instant; limit increases require a mandatory waiting period.

14. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the hp444 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming activities in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any hp444 content without the express prior written consent of hp444.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, hp444's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms & Conditions, your account, or your use of the platform is limited to the amount of real-money funds held in your account at the time the relevant claim arises.

hp444 is not liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise: (a) indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages; (b) loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill; (c) losses arising from Force Majeure events; (d) losses arising from your breach of these Terms & Conditions; (e) losses arising from unauthorized access to your account where you failed to maintain reasonable credential security; or (f) any interruption, suspension, or termination of platform services.

The hp444 platform and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. hp444 makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors or viruses.

16. Amendments to These Terms

hp444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, hp444 will publish the updated Terms & Conditions on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For significant amendments, hp444 may also notify registered account holders via email to the address registered on their account.

Your continued use of the hp444 platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure through hp444 support.

17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. hp444 operates under PAGCOR authorization and is subject to the jurisdiction of Philippine regulatory authorities.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with your hp444 account or these Terms & Conditions, you agree to first contact hp444 support to seek an informal resolution. hp444 will endeavour to resolve disputes within ten business days of receiving a written complaint via the registered email address on your account.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You waive any right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration against hp444.
